Use: Used as tincture or salve, it helps to promote the healing of wounds, bruises and irritation. Arnica is sometimes used as a poultice, or as a compress (made from a tea of the flowers) on the stomach to relieve abdominal pains.

Precautions: These arnica flowers are for external use only.  Potent herb to be used carefully and diluted.

Keep Out Of Reach Of Children.

Discontinue Use If Irritation Occurs.
