The Heart & Soul at Heartwood Essence 💚
At my core, I am just a soul in love with the seen and unseen realms, the quiet rhythm of nature, and the gentle magic of spirit.
Heartwood Essence is a reflection of that love ~ a sanctuary born from the grounding wisdom of the earth, the soft flow of energy healing, and the ancient memories held within plants.
My days flow gently with the seasons, guided by an ancient rhythm.
I feel most at home in my garden, listening and communicating with nature and the wildlife, tuning into the soft, unspoken language of healing herbs and botanicals.
For me, living simply in harmony with the earth ~ listening to the stories whispered by the wind and the roots ~ is where everything begins.
My journey is a gentle unfolding of returning to the heartwood ~ that strong, resilient inner center we all carry within us, seasoned by life but completely unshakable.
I live and breathe this path every day, finding peace in the grounding wisdom of the earth and the soft, restorative flow of energy healing.
💚 Stepping Into the Sacred: My Journey & Modalities 💚
My tapestry is made up of my journey weaving deeper, touching upon the unseen threads connecting everything, the ancient memory held within plants, and the quiet reverence of walking between worlds.
With the Guidance of Spirit leading me, this deep soul path naturally led me to explore the energetic arts.
I am now a certified Crystal Healing Master Practitioner, Levels 1 & 2 Reiki Healer, a Practitioner of Sound Healing, as well as a Soul Shift Healer, an Elemental Healer, an Alchemist, a Manifestation Guide, and an Oracle & Spirit Channel ~ simply because it felt like a natural extension of my love for earth alchemy, sacred frequencies, and channeling.
Astrology, Tarot & Oracle are also a part of how I naturally see the world, serving as sacred maps to help me understand the deeper, quiet cycles of life and the constellations of our own souls.
When I work with plants, blend aromatherapy, or capture the medicine of essences, it is never just a process—it is an extension of my daily life and my own gentle journey toward finding that strong, resilient inner core ~ the Heartwood Essence.
