It smells like a more subtle version of the essential oil.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eApplications: This is one of the most amazing hydrosols available and will have a place in everyone's home. It's all-purpose and generally considered very safe.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is my number one hydrosol for babies. It can be used when babe is small in baths and in spritzers around the room or on bedding etc.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn addition, it's helpful for mothers with preventing cracked and sore nipples. It is so calming. When I was breastfeeding this was constantly by my side! It is such a calming aroma and so safe to use.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSuzanne Catty advises using chamomile hydrosol neat or in a 50\/50 with lavender hydrosol as a compress for nappy rash and pain. If you're making home made baby wipes - always include chamomile!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI found this hydrosol to be very useful for teething. Simply rub the babies gums with it.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eChamomile Roman Hydrosol is useful with stress reduction, insomnia and a host of other ailments due to its effect on the nervous system.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou can also use it in your skin care as an anti-inflammatory for rashes, sensitivities, rosacea, heat rash and more.
